As a professional image-maker and model, Saturne has been facilitating many collective photo-shootings where participants are invited to take turns photographing each other -alternatively as photographer and subject. Tackling both technical and ethical aspects of portrait photography, Saturne shares their personal research and reflections on (self-) representation.

In these workshops Saturne challenges the idea of a monolithic gaze and opens up a space to learn how to build a more collaborative approach of portrait photography based on trust, communication and vulnerability.
